Shipping & Delivery

Velvet Rose currently provides delivery within the United Arab Emirates.

Standard UAE shipping is 35 AED, unless another rate or promotion is displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery is normally 1–2 business days after order confirmation, subject to location, courier availability, weekends, public holidays and other circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 45 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Products generally need to be new, unused, unopened and in their original condition.

Additional hygiene restrictions may apply to perfumes, makeup, cosmetics, oud and bakhoor products once opened or used.

Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes and sale prices may be subject to specific conditions, availability and expiry dates.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions may not be combined with other offers.
